Is that "evil" white powder really the problem?
Everywhere you look in the health world, you will see some expose, article, book, or video that slams sugar. It contains no nutrition, it rots your teeth, it causes hyperactivity in kids, it's addictive... you name it, if it's bad, sugar does it. Right?!
But what if sugar wasn't really the evil substance it is made out to be? What if it were possible to kick the habit naturally?
